As a key account manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and technical support of our key customers and the acquisition of new accounts. You will actively analyze the requirements of our international customers and work out complex, tailored solutions. Additionally, you will carry out regular market reviews and attend relevant trade fairs.
As a link between the development and production departments and the customer, you will oversee the various development projects through to product maturity, and assist product management in the compilation of documents relating to sales.

With your technical flair, inside sales managers boost our international operations and our constantly expanding inside sales team. You will look after our international customer relationships and constantly develop new ones. You will work closely with field sales staff in your own sales area, and support customer and sales partners on a range of issues.
As the link between customers, field sales staff and our technical departments, you will collaborate on various internal and external sales projects. You will compile sales statistics, prepare for and review discussions with customers, and maintain our customer database.

Your main task as a technical customer support agent is the support of existing customers for all standard Sensirion products. Technical support is crucial.
