First, you apply via our online tool. You as a person are important to us. That's why we read every application personally and give you initial feedback within two weeks.
What’s next? After positive feedback, we arrange a first interview (online) with the direct supervisor. If this goes well, we will want to find out more about you in a face-to-face interview on site. In addition to interviews with your supervisor, senior management and our HR department, you will have the opportunity to meet the team and other colleagues. You will also get to know Sensirion better during a tour of the company. Depending on the position and area of activity, additional interviews, a case or a trial day may be added.

Once both parties have signed the contract, we will stay in touch with you until you start work, providing you with all the relevant information. On your first day at work, we will welcome you along with all other new Sensis, introduce you to the company site, including a tour of the production facilities, and then invite you to lunch with your new supervisor. In the afternoon, you can set up your new workspace and get an initial overview.
