First, you apply via our online tool. You as a person are important to us. That's why we read every application personally and give you initial feedback within two weeks.

What’s next? After positive feedback, we arrange a first interview (online) with the direct supervisor. 

If this goes well, we will want to find out more about you in a face-to-face interview on site. In addition to interviews with your supervisor, senior management and our HR department, you will have the opportunity to meet the team and other colleagues. You will also get to know Sensirion better during a tour of the company. Depending on the position and area of activity, additional interviews, a case or a trial day may be added.

Take the opportunity to emphasize your personal and professional strengths with regard to both the job vacancy and Sensirion. What do we really need to know about you and what points might interest us in particular? As a first step, we will be pleased to receive a meaningful résumé. You can also explain in a few lines what caused you to apply to us or surprise us with a video.
 

In the personal interview that follows, be authentic and honest, show interest and answer our questions openly and fully. In this way, we can find out together whether we are a good fit – and in doing so, create the basis for a successful employment relationship.
