Our journey from an ETH Spin-off

Our story began in Switzerland in 1998, with two pioneers and one vision: to develop high-precision microsensor solutions that improve lives. From there, things moved quickly—we outgrew our first site, evolved our teams, and expanded our product offering. We became a market leader, settled into our campus in Stäfa, and established ourselves as an employer of choice, winning “Great Place to Work” awards and the likes. As we grew, so did our global footprint: Over the years, we’ve added teams across Europe, the US, and Asia. What remains unchanged is the entrepreneurial spirit from day one and the core values that continue to shape our culture.

Stäfa remains our headquarters, home to over 800 colleagues across diverse teams: Research & Development (43%), Production (32%), Marketing & Sales (14%), IT, Finance, and People & Culture (11%).
