Our locations worldwide

We operate on a global scale, with headquarters in Switzerland and a presence in China, Japan, South Korea, Hungary, the USA and other countries.

Sensirion Japan is strategically located for convenience and connectivity. Our main office is situated right in front of Shin-Yokohama Station, a key stop on the Shinkansen (bullet train) line. To better serve our customers in western Japan, we also operate a branch office near Shin-Osaka Station, another major Shinkansen hub.

Our primary markets in Japan include the automotive, appliance, and industrial sectors. We provide robust support through sales promotion, technical assistance, and administrative services, ensuring we meet the needs of both our existing customers and new opportunities across these markets.

The Japanese people are known for unity and support, especially during challenges like natural disasters. This cooperative spirit is deeply rooted in our culture and influences how we do business. At Sensirion Japan, we embody these values daily. For instance, when a quality issue needed urgent resolution, our entire team, including the country manager, conducted visual inspections on tens of thousands of units. We remain dedicated to swift, effective solutions as one team. To strengthen bonds, we host events like Monday Beer and SensiWeekend, fostering team relationships through relaxation, outdoor adventures, and shared experiences.

Application process

If you find a position that matches your skills and interests, we encourage you to apply online with your resume (CV) and work history. We will carefully review your application, and if your qualifications align with our needs, we will reach out to arrange two to three interviews.
These interviews are an opportunity for both sides to learn more about each other and discuss how we can work together to achieve success.

Take the opportunity to highlight your personal and professional strengths in relation to both the job vacancy and Sensirion. What should we know about you and what points might interest us in particular? As a first step, we look forward to a well-crafted résumé. You are also welcome to share in a few lines what motivated you to apply or even surprise us with a video.

We’re excited to get to know you, including your professional journey, your passion for business, and your personal life. We also encourage you to ask us questions so you can gain a deeper understanding of who we are and how we work.

Through open conversation, we will learn more about both your business and personal goals. Initially, you'll familiarize yourself with our company, products, and ways of working through on-the-job training (OJT) and training trips to our headquarters. Along the way, you'll also receive the support you need to achieve your career goals and unlock growth opportunities.

In the first few days after joining, you will go through essential onboarding procedures, meet with each department, and attend a general training session. Following that, you will receive role-specific training and gain insights into our business and culture. Throughout this journey, we’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
