Whether we’re having lunch together in Millennium Park in Chicago as a team, celebrating a fellow Sensi with an engagement party or baby shower, having drinks together after work on Thursday evenings, or getting creative with a crafting project, we enjoy having fun and enjoying each other's successes. All U.S. Sensis come together in the office a few times per year for collaboration and team-building activities, along with Sensi Weekend, an offsite event once per year, to relax and learn more about each other.

We are a small yet diverse team. Amongst our team of roughly 35 people in the U.S., we speak over 9 languages. Within one team of five Sensis alone, there are five different nationalities. With roles spanning key account management, channel sales, engineering, marketing, finance & accounting, People & Culture, and IT, our team is made up of 35% women and 65% men. In addition, we have four generations working together, with 6% Baby Boomers, 47% Generation X, 26% Millennials, and 21% Generation Z. We value each Sensi's unique experiences and perspectives, which makes us stronger together.
