On your first day, the HR Team will introduce you to the office and your colleagues. You’ll then take part in online and offline training sessions for 2-3 days, covering the company’s mission, vision, and culture. After that, our employee induction program, lasting 3-4 weeks, will guide you through the Sensirion group, our products, business, and customers. You’ll also learn how to collaborate with internal teams and customers. With our support, you’ll quickly adapt to Sensirion and become an integral part of our story.
